Overview

A Penn State transfer who came to the Norfolk State program and took over the "go-to" WR role. Had just 12 catches for 219 yards at PSU, but exploded onto the scene in 2009 as a RS junior.
2009: 51 catches 958 yards, 18.8 ypc and 13 TDs
2008: Sat out
2007:7 catches 143 yards 20.4 ypc
2006: 5 catches 66 yards 13.2 ypc
Career:63 catches 1,167 yards 18.5 ypc 13TDs.

Strengths

Plenty of size, adequate speed and good strength for the pro game. A man among boys in the MEAC. Bell stretches for the ball and sells out to make difficult catches in traffic since transferring. Breaks tackles, shows desire in RAC often refusing to go down on 1st contact He simply outmuscles people at this level, he has worked on displaying increased maturity.

Weaknesses

Still not polished as a route runner. Can simply physically dominate many MEAC DBs, something he simply won't be able to do in the NFL and he'll need to develop sharper moves and hone his craft to win batles at the next level. Despite talent Bell's not always that productive due to some lapses in focus and maturity these questions will dog him for now. He's no burner and will drop catchable balls despite making some highlight reel catches, also he can get too hyped up over too little.

Projection

Priority UDFA or late round pick he'll need great workouts and interviews to go prior to the mid 6th.
