Overview

Strengths

Receiving TE/H-back part of a great offense at A&M. Solid athlete with good speed. Can run and has a feel for soft spots in the defense. Goes over the middle and makes catches in traffic. Turns upfield quickly and gets yards after the catch. Not his primary job but is a solid blocker for both the run and in the passing game.

Weaknesses

Not very big for the position and is more of an H-back/move TE. Position/seal blocker only; needs more strength. Not exceptionally quick, and can be inconsistent catching the ball.

Projection

Will need time to develop but is a good target in the passing game and should hear his name called in the middle rounds. More and more demand in the NFL for players with his skill set.
