Strengths

Nice size and striking force. Seems to have enough makeup speed for a SS. Played well for three years, and capped off a fine career with a standout week of practice at the Texas v. The Nation Game. Decent in both coverage and run support.

Weaknesses

Not overly gifted in terms of overall athleticism or COD. Not a real "big play" guy. Not especially gifted as a ballhawk. Kind of a FS/SS tweener who is not a great cover guy or blowup hitter. Not sure if he has enough strength and internal fire to pan out against NFL wide receivers who have a way of wrecking your psyche pretty quickly.

Projection

Priority UDFA.
