Overview

A fine, small college back he has been very productive and won the MEAC's Offensive Player of the Year despite playing in pain from an earlier meniscus surgery on the other knee. He started off well (4 carries for 26 yards) at the 6th Annual East Coast Bowl on 11/25/06 after a terrific career for IAA South Carolina State, but then suffered a torn meniscus (4-5 week recovery) and did not return.

Strengths

Plays downhill. Delivers a pop on contact. Displays adequate speed and pretty good moves for a big back. Catches pretty well. Determined kid and a good kid good do well in a 1 back offense.

Weaknesses

Not a breakaway threat. Hands have not been utilzed much in the SCSU offense. Knee injuries must be fully checked out and he will need to post an accurate forty when he is fully healed. He is like a smaller Steven Davis.
