we get this pick by moving out of the top ten and getting an extra 3rd.Jeff Backus might be a better option next year at right tackle with Jason Fox as a potential replacement. If the lions sign one of the big free agent Lb like D.Jackson from Cleveland or P.Polusszny from buffalo this pick allows them to move Levy to his natural fit on the weak side. I Know Alot of you tought a corner like peterson would of been the pick in round 1 but if guys like Houston and Smith continues to play at a higher level i think the need drop to third on the list behing OT and LB.Hogan is a pretty good player but character concerns hurt his status. Dominic Riola is undersize and they need a replacement for him. This Guy has to much talent to last till the 4th round but size is a major issue which might cause him to fall. |

Too early for all these guys. Castonzo isn't worthy of a pick that early, he's more of a later pick in the first, unless he impresses in his pro day and combine, and Herzlich is good, but he's a late third to fourth round pick due to his cancer (yes, I know it is now treated). I don't know much about Hogan, but I think that if we go with a CB, we should get him in the first two rounds or free agency. We don't need to have another Amari Spievey. Molk is garbage by all means, I wouldn't even sign him if he was undrafted. Every game I've seen of Michigan's this year, he has been pushed around or had more flags than the rest of the team combined. I like Black a lot, and I think he could make an impact. I don't care about his lack of size, Louis Delmas isn't the biggest guy either and look what he does week-in and week-out. |
