2007-The First team All-Big South, Offensive Player of the Year after a year in which he played in and started 9 games and in 191 carries averaged an impressive 5.8 average per tote for a total 1113 yards and 15 TDs. He also had 13 catches for 276 yards an eye-opening 21.2 average with 2 TD snags. His career tally: 720 carries, 4,051 yards 42 are typical of a durable, productive and talented runner. StrengthsBig, strong, sneaky fast and good vision. He showed he is athletically just about the equal of Chris 'Beanie' Wells his combine numbers include: a 4.56 40, an impressive 29 reps at 225, 10'00" in the broad jump, 4.2 in the short shuttle 11.46 60 yard shuttle and 6.86 3-cone, every number is above average for his size.
WeaknessesDoes not always run with as much authority as a player with his size and speed should and like most college backs he must work on route running and blitz pickup in the passing game.
ProjectionHe passes the "airport test" he reminds me a bit of Ottis Anderson. With a big year and sub-4.5 time at the combine he could slip into day one. He should not get past round 3 with teams like Pittsburgh looking for big back to team with a home run hitter.
